Is there a free plan available?
Yes! BillBooks offers a Free plan that gives you access to all features with up to 10 invoices for 7 days. It's a great way to explore the app before choosing a paid plan.
What is the difference between the plans?
All plans include the same features — GST invoicing, party management, item management, reports, WhatsApp sharing, and more. The only difference is the number of invoices you can create. Choose the plan that fits your billing volume.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI payments only. You can pay using any UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank's UPI app. No credit card or debit card is required.
Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, your old plan expires immediately and the new plan starts with a fresh 1 year validity and higher invoice limit.
How long is each plan valid?
Paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Business) are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The Free plan is valid for 7 days.
Is GST included in the pricing?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added to your invoice as per Indian tax regulations. You'll receive a proper GST invoice that you can use for input tax credit.
Is my business data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. All information is stored on secure cloud servers with automatic daily backups. Your data is never shared with third parties.
