• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One business entity should maintain only one account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• BillBooks offers free and paid subscription plans with varying features and invoice limits.
• Paid plans require payment in advance for the subscription period.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

We encourage users to explore the free plan before purchasing a paid subscription to ensure the Service meets their requirements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled downtime in advance.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.
• We may retain your data for a reasonable period after termination for legal and operational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

BillBooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
